   Begin your custom jewelry journey with a $150 design deposit. Once processed, our expert custom jeweler will reach out to you within 2-3 business days to discuss your vision.

2. Personalized Consultation
   Our custom jeweler will guide you through a detailed consultation, asking specific questions to understand your desired design, ensuring every detail is captured.

3. Design Development
   After the consultation, our professional design team will create a detailed blueprint of your custom piece, based on your preferences. The design process typically takes 5-6 business days, though it may take longer depending on complexity. You’ll be notified of any delays.

4. Design Approval
   Once the design is complete, we’ll send it to you via email, text, or phone call, along with key details such as size, carat weight, gram weight, and pricing variations (e.g., diamond quality, gold karat weight, gemstone choice). Your approval is required before production begins.

5. Production & Crafting
   After design approval, our in-house team of expert crafters and bench jewelers will begin creating your custom piece. The production process takes approximately 2-3 weeks, but you will be notified of any changes to this timeline.
